Terms & Conditions – Complete terms and guidelines for using the Zett Buzz platform

1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Zett Buzz (zettbuzz.pro) and all its users. Opening an account, using the website or app, or accessing any of our services means you have accepted all of these terms.

• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is prohibited

2.2 KYC (Identity Verification)

Zett Buzz may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed. You will typically be asked to provide a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.

3 Age Requirements & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate on Zett Buzz. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If an account is found to have been created using a false age, all winnings and balances associated with that account will be forfeited.

Additionally, Zett Buzz services may not be available to residents of certain countries or regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal under your local laws.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawals

Full KYC verification is required before you can make a withdrawal on Zett Buzz. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 5,00,000
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended on suspicion of fraud

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on Zett Buzz are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the terms of each offer carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000
• Wagering Requirement: 5x the bonus amount
• Bonus validity: 30 days from the date of claim
• Available once per account only
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly

5.2 General Bonus Policy

The following general terms apply to all bonuses on Zett Buzz. Where the terms of a specific offer conflict with these, the terms of that specific offer will take precedence.

• Bonus balance and real balance are managed separately
• Bonus balance is used first when placing bets
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Evidence of bonus abuse may result in account closure
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

6 Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on Zett Buzz are considered valid only after electronic confirmation. Zett Buzz is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors.

• Minimum Bet: BDT 10
• Maximum single win: BDT 5,000,000 (terms apply)
• Bets can be cancelled before the event begins
• Odds in live betting may change at any time

6.2 Bet Cancellation Terms

Zett Buzz reserves the right to void bets and refund the staked amount in the following circumstances:

• If the event starts more than 12 hours after the scheduled time
• If an event is fully cancelled or only partially completed
• When an error in displaying correct odds is identified
• If evidence of result manipulation is found

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Zett Buzz in order to keep the platform fair and honest. Any account found to be involved in such activities may be permanently closed without notice.

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Bonus hunting or bonus abuse
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software
• Accessing or operating another person's account
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Threatening or using abusive language toward customer support

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Zett Buzz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities
• Failed to Complete KYC Verification
• Registration using false information
• Extended Inactivity (24 months)
• At the user's own request

If there is a valid balance in the account at the time of closure, and the reason for closure is not fraud or a prohibited activity, that balance will be returned after verification.

9 Responsible Gaming

Zett Buzz places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That is why our platform offers a range of protective tools.

• Betting Limits: Maximum stake amount per bet
• Session time limit: cap on continuous play duration
• Cooling-Off: A break of 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion: 6 months to permanent closure
